- 1 quart tomatoes, diced
- 2 jalapeno peppers, diced
- 2 fresh cayenne peppers, crushed
- 1⁄4 onion, diced
- 1⁄4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1⁄4 teaspoon crushed oregano flakes
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cumin
- 1⁄2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon chili powder
directions
- Place ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend only a few seconds so tomatoes remain chunky and other ingredients blend nicely.
