"This is a copycat recipe of a drink served in the restaurants. Can be made with your choice of gin or vodka."

• 70.87 g gin or 70.87 g vodka
• 7.08 g sake
• 7.08 g Curacao

directions

1. Chill your Martini glass with ice for approximately three minutes.
2. Pour all ingredients into an iced mixing glass.
3. Stir 30 times with a bar spoon, or shake ten times.
4. Pour the ice out of your Martini glass. Strain into glass. Serve.
