This dusky pink fruity cocktail is a real palette cleanser, it can be drunk as an aperitif or with nibbles.
- 1 passion fruit, halved and pulp removed
- 1 lemon wedge
- 1 teaspoon sugar syrup
- 25 ml gin
- 25 ml vermouth
- 3 ice cubes, to serve
- Combine all the ingredients, with ice, in a cocktail shaker and shake well.
- Double strain into a Martini glass and decorate with the passion fruit slice.
