Belizean " Dirty Rice "

"This was posted up in a grocery store in Belize. Rice is a staple in Belizean cooking and this is the easy method to preparing this dish."

• Serves: 4-6

ingredients

• 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can consomme
• 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can French onion soup
• 2 cups rice

directions

1. Put all ingredients into a saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil and simmer until rice is cooked and liquid is gone.
