  1. Preheat waffle iron.
  2. Separate egg whites.
  3. Beat egg whites.
  4. Combine all dry ingredients.
  5. Add yolks, oil, and milk to dry ingredients and beat.
  6. Add whites and beat until smooth.
  7. Pour batter into iron.

Not as good as Belgian waffles that are made with yeast (but still good) and these are definitely faster to make if your family wants breakfast sooner than 1 hour (which is how long yeast recipes usually take). I added salt to the recipe and used whole milk.
