ingredients

2 large ripe Hass avocadoes
1 garlic clove, mashed with
³⁄₄ teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium lime, juice of
2 tablespoons fresh minced onions
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
¹⁄₂ teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons diced roma tomatoes, flesh only
¹⁄₂ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

directions

Peel, pit and mash avocados, add remaining ingredients and gently mix together. Taste for seasoning. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips or with fajitas.
