- 3 eggs
- 354.88 ml milk
- 59.14 ml canola oil
- 59.14 ml molasses (I like half honey half molasses) or 59.14 ml honey (I like half honey half molasses)
- 236.59 ml unbleached flour
- 236.59 ml cornmeal
- 118.29 ml whole wheat flour
- 118.29 ml wheat germ
- 118.29 ml bran flakes
- 19.71 ml baking powder
- 4.92 ml baking soda
- 2.46 ml salt
directions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Mix beaten eggs, oil, honey/molasses, and milk in another bowl.Pour wet into dry and mix well, adding more milk as needed to make pancake batter consistency.
- Preheat and oil a griddle and cook each pancake till done. Serve with syrup, honey or molasses.
