This is a lovely rich potato side dish.
- 2 lbs potatoes, cubed
- 1⁄2 cup cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1⁄2 cup creamy caesar salad dressing
- 1⁄4 cup bacon bits
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- Cook potatoes in water until tender.
- Drain potatoes.
- Mash potatoes.
- Mix potatoes with remaining ingredients.
These potatoes are wonderful. I made half recipe for 4 serving. But we had just enough for 3 and my son doesn't eat a lot. So I should have made the whole recipe to have leftover LOL I used freshly cooked bacon and dried parsley. Thanks Pink :) Made for PRMR tag game
