A friend gave me this recipe. She went to the Caribbean and loved this drink, so they gave her the recipe. I haven't tried it yet, but she said it is great! Posting it here for safekeeping!

Well, I've had this drink in St. Martin and it does not contain Rum. In fact when we've tried to replicate the recipe in the past we ruined it by adding rum based on recipes we had found online. The recipe is Banana juice (can be found at ethnic markets like Halal or Asian markets), Baileys, Cream of Coconut (Coco Lopez, be sure not to use Coconut milk), Banana Liqueur (De Kuyper), and ice. Use more banana juice than alcohol, lots of ice and a splash or jigger of each alcohol and coconut cream. When done right this drink tastes like a Banana Split in a glass. You should not taste the alcohol, just the creamy goodness. Good luck and enjoy.

This might be good with less rum and no banana. It was WAY too thick too.
