  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • For Crust: In medium bowl combine flour, sugar and salt. Using pastry blender or fork cut in butter until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Press mixture into a 9-inch pan.
  • Bake at 350°F for 20-22 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 10 minutes on wire rack.
  • Spread marmalade on crust.
  • For filling: In a small bowl beat brown sugar, eggs and vanilla until well blended.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients except powdered sugar.
  • Spoon over preserves.
  • Bake at 350°F for 25 - 30 minutes or until deep golden brown.
  • Let cool completely.
  • If using powdered sugar, sprinkle over.
