Basil Mayonnaise
"Haven't tried it yet, but I think it would be good on sandwiches or as a dip for shrimp.
It is from Betty Crocker, but I might be tempted to add a little garlic and lemon juice."

- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Process basil and oil.
- Add mayo and process until smooth.
