Basil Aioli Dipping Sauce

- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 3⁄4 cup fresh basil leaf, roughly torn
- 3 fresh garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon harissa
directions
- Combine basil leaves, garlic, pine nuts, lemon juice and salt in a small food processor. Pulse until roughly chopped. You might need to scrape down the sides and do this several times.
- 2. Add mayonnaise and Harissa and blend until fairly smooth.
- 3. Transfer to an airtight container and chill for 30 minutes before using.
- 4 This easy Aioli is the perfect condiment With fresh flavors of basil and garlic, slather it on sandwiches, or just use it to dip French fries, vegetable and shrimps.
