I made this based on what was in my freezer/pantry -- just goes to show how easy a smoothie is.
- 6 3⁄4 ounces orange juice
- 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1⁄2 cup frozen mango
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 5 ice cubes
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend.
wow - sooo yummy!!! I didn't have wheat germ on hand, so I used unprocessed bran instead. I also used some non-fat strawberry-banana yogurt instead of plain. Perfectly sweet and refreshing on a hot summer day!! will make again and again!
Very yummy. We added more mango than strawberries and used vanilla yogurt instead and left out the honey. It was still sweet.
This was pretty good. I think I'd like a little sweeter smoothie. I did use sweetened yogurt and 2 T honey but, left out the banana. The consistency was just right.
