Ok all you coffee and banana lovers... this one's for you! From TOH Everyday Light Meals cookbook.
- 1 cup reduced-fat vanilla frozen yogurt or 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 3⁄4 cup nonfat milk
- 1 medium ripe banana, sliced
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
- 1 cup ice cube (7 to 8)
- In a blender, combine all ingredients. Cover and process for 45-60 seconds or until frothy.
- Pour into glasses; serve immediately.
