- 1⁄2 cup espresso
- 3⁄4 cup skim milk or 3/4 cup soymilk
- 3 (1 g) packets Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 teaspoon banana extract
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cocoa
- 1 cup ice
directions
- Dissolve splenda in hot espresso and add extracts. Chill until it reaches room temperature.
- Add milk.
- Place ice, coffee, and cocoa in blender and mix until drink is smooth.
