  1. Prepare oven to 180°C(350 °F) and peel the bananas.
  2. Slice the bananas into an oven-proof dish.
  3. Sprinkle the lemon juice all over the banana slices.
  4. Put eggs and sugar into a bowl. Beat until creamy.
  5. Stir in coconut and jam into the eggs and sugar till mixed well.
  6. Pour in evenly over the banana.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
