I got this recipe from a lady in our Bible study group. It's so simple and pretty healthy. I can eat several pieces of this - it tasted like a slushee!
- 7 bananas, mashed
- 1 (14 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (500 ml) container sour cream
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Pour into 9" by 13" pan.
- Cover and freeze.
- Serve frozen.
