This bread is easy to make and delicious.
- 3 small bananas, mashed
- 236.59 ml white sugar
- 59.14 ml oil
- 473.18 ml all-purpose flour
- 4.92 ml baking soda
- 2.46 ml salt
- 1 egg
- Mix all ingredients.
- Pour into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
I was looking for simple, when I came upon this recipe. Simple this was, but (nice surprise!) great-tasting as well! I followed the recipe directions exactly -- except for the addition of a few tablespoons chopped pecans. Delicious! I'd recommend this recipe to anyone who wants a moist, easy and delicious banana bread.

A simple but tasteful bread. It is one of those recipes that is nice to have on hand when you have those few bananas that are over ripped and you don't want them to go to waste. The ingredients for this bread are always in your cupboards.
