Mom's Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt.
  3. Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl.
  4. Add eggs one at a time mixing well in between.
  5. Add bananas, vanilla and nuts mix well.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients and sour cream alternating - end with dry ingredients.
  7. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
  8. Bake 1 hour.
  9. For 12 muffins prepare as above. Pour into 12 muffin liners and bake 17-21 minutes @ 350.
