      In a large bowl, put the baking powder and flour. In a smaller bowl, mix the beaten egg, the All Bran, the milk, mashed banana, and the vegetable oil. Let this mixture soak for five minutes and then add to first mixture. Mix together and then add walnuts and raisins. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.

      Got rave reviews from family and friends. They said muffins were light and delicious. I left out raisins (because I don't like them-which was dumb because I can't eat these muffins due to dr's orders); apparently they were delicious without. Had to make a double batch the next day to satisfy the hordes :)

      I gave this recipe 4 stars. Yum! This is a very good recipe. My 6 yr old newphew and I loved these muffins. I made minor change to the recipe. I used Splenda sugar mix for the sugar. I also used golden raisins. Overall these were so yummy and I will make these again! Christine (internetnut)
