Dry
- 2 1⁄2 cups bread flour
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

Wet
- 2 melted sticks butter
- 1 1⁄4 cups light brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup nutella
- 1 tablespoon vanilla

- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
directions
- Preheat Oven: 360°
- Mix Wet ingredients first, in order of list above. Hand wisk wet ingredients and slowly add 'mixed' dry ingredients. Lastly, add 2 cups choc chips.
- Makes 2 dozen medium size cookies or 18 Bakery size cookies.
- Bake: 9-11 minutes depending on the size of cookie.
