"The perfect Chocolate Chip Cookie!"

• Yields: 18 Large Cookies
• Serves: 1-18

ingredients

• Dry

• 2 1⁄2 cups bread flour
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda

• Wet

• 2 melted sticks butter
• 1 1⁄4 cups light brown sugar
• 1⁄4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 egg yolk
• 1⁄4 cup milk
• 1⁄2 cup nutella
• 1 tablespoon vanilla

• Last

• 2 cups milk chocolate chips

directions

1. Preheat Oven: 360°
2. Mix Wet ingredients first, in order of list above. Hand wisk wet ingredients and slowly add 'mixed' dry ingredients. Lastly, add 2 cups choc chips.
3. Makes 2 dozen medium size cookies or 18 Bakery size cookies.
4. Bake: 9-11 minutes depending on the size of cookie.
