- 1 pint fresh Brussels sprouts or (10 ounce) package frozen Brussels sprouts, cooked
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1⁄4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Arrange sprouts in shallow baking dish.
- Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper; blend.
- Pour over sprouts and sprinkle with cheese.
- Cover and bake for 15 minutes, or until sprouts are tender.
