  • mix soy sauce through vinegar in baking dish. squeeze in the juice of one lemon. add salmon filets. bake uncovered for 20-25 minute at 375 degrees. turning occasionally, until fish flakes easily.

  1. This was good and was so simple to prepare. I subbed sugar for the Splenda, used minced fresh ginger along with a little extra garlic, and let the salmon marinate for 20 minutes or so before placing it in the oven. Thanks for posting!
     
  2. Very good and simple to make. Use reduced salt soy sauce if you have it. Everyone loved it!!
     
  3. We really liked this recipe. It has a great flavor. I used sugar instead of Splenda (simply because I don't like Splenda). This was enough sauce for a whole salmon. I couldn't really turn my large fillet, so from time to time I just spooned some of the sauce on top while it was cooking.
