  1. This was Delicious! I did not use chicken parts though as none of my family likes dark meat. Instead I used boneless-skinless chicken breasts. I used 4, cut them into thirds, dipped them in melted margarine, then dipped them in flour. I sprayed the pan with Pam..the margarine from the chicken was enough fat. I served this over rice with steamed broccoli. What a wonderful meal! Thank you Inez. We will make this often!

  2. This was really good! it has that nice comfort food quality, I am even making my daughter who insists she hates chicken begin to take notice, she ate almost a whole leg and believe me for her that is like me eating a handful of worms lol!, I will definatly make this again it is really tasty. Thank's Inez

  3. Nez, what a great recipe to add to my collection of t&t dishes. This was fantastic, and we loved it. It was easy to prepare, and while it was baking, I was able to prepare the mashed potatoes, and brussel sprouts. The chicken was moist and it had enough gravy for the potatoes. This one deserves a 5* from me.

  4. Nez~ What a wonderful comfort food! Delicious! It was rainy and chilly today, so I thought I would try this recipe...so glad I did...it was creamy and wonderful! Thanks for submitting it. I will definitely make it again!

  5. This was the first dish I tried from this site and it was delicious. My family of pickies absolutely devoured it. I did make a few subs, though-cream of chicken and cream of celery with a full can of evaporated milk and 4 whole breasts. I'm officially hooked to this site!

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
