- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1⁄4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1⁄2 cup Hersheys Chocolate Syrup
directions
- Beat the whipping cream in a chilled large bowl with an electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form.
- Pour the Bailey's and chocolate syrup over the whipped cream. Fold ingredients together until blended.
- Spread into 9-inch pan, ungreased.
- Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours. Store in freezer.

this was sooo good!! i was a little skeptical but it stayed nice and fluffy and tasted just like mousse you spend hours on! i didn't freeze it, just put in fridge and it set up fine. We didn't want anything too heavy so it was the perfect ending for our christmas dinner. thanks so much for the recipe!
