Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf

"I think I first found this recipe from Paula Dean. I made a few changes to fit my families taste. Absolutly Delicious!"

ingredients

• 1 lb ground chuck
• 2 eggs
• 1 lb bacon (cooked & crumbled)
• 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
• 1⁄4 cup breadcrumbs
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt & pepper
• 2 tablespoons mustard
• 1⁄3 cup ketchup
• 3 ounces French-fried onions

directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray a baking dish with pam spray.
3. In a bowl, combine the first 9 ingredients, mixing well by hand.
4. In a small bowl, combine ketchup and mustard. Stir in 1/4 cup ketchup mixture into meat mixture.
5. Place meat mixture in a baking dish and shape into a loaf.
6. Spread remaining ketchup mixture over meatloaf.
7. Bake for 1.5 hours at 350 degrees.
8. Remove from oven and drain oil. Top with French-fried onions and cook for 15 more minutes.
