This is a quick, easy, spicy & smokey dip. It is not as spicy-hot as it sounds. The sour cream & mayo cool it down.
- 8 ounces mayonnaise
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 (7 ounce) can chipotle chiles in adobo
- 1 ounce jar hormel real bacon bits
- 1 cup kraft finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Finely chop chipotle peppers.
- Mix peppers with sour cream and mayonnaise.
- Fold in bacon and cheddar cheese.
- Refrigerate for at least two hours.
- Serve with Frito Scoops.
