Awesome & Easy Caesar Dressing

"I dont remember where this recipe came from but I have been making it for at least the past 15 years and it is the only one I use. My husband LOVES this dressing and asks for it often. Just a warning in advance....it is very garlicky and may knock a few people over the next day!!! Enjoy!"

• Serves: 6-8

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese
• 3⁄4 cup vegetable oil
• 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
• 2 eggs
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1 dash pepper
• 2 -3 garlic cloves

directions

1. Throw all ingredients into your blender and blend for about 30 seconds.
2. I usually have a taste, on a piece of romaine, and adjust at this point.
3. (You may like it a bit cheesier or more lemony etc).
