  • Preheat flat griddle to high temperature.
  • Apply meat to grill, top with desired vegetables.
  • Lightly season, then flip when outer edges of meat turn brown.
  • Begin chopping the meat as soon as it is flipped over.
  • When cooking is complete, shape meat to bun size.
  • Top with 2 pieces of provolone cheese.
  • When top of cheese starts to melt, remove from griddle with spatula and place on hoagie roll.
  • Top with your choice of condiments, then dig inches.

I'm disable now for a couple years. I was in sales for 25 years and was a policeman for 5 years before that and just floated around a few years before that. I've been married to the same gal for 30 years, got two sons and two grandchildren. I got into the recipe seen and have got hooked on it, I'm not a cook but I'm learning as I go.
