  1. Preheat flat griddle to high temperature.
  2. Apply meat to grill, top with desired vegetables.
  3. Lightly season, then flip when outer edges of meat turn brown.
  4. Begin chopping the meat as soon as it is flipped over.
  5. When cooking is complete, shape meat to bun size.
  6. Top with 2 pieces of provolone cheese.
  7. When top of cheese starts to melt, remove from griddle with spatula and place on hoagie roll.
  8. Top with your choice of condiments, then dig inches.
