An EASY and great quick recipe for snacks or finger foods at your next party!

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Cut avocado in half, remove seed and discard, peel rind.
  2. Cut halves into 5 wedges of avocado (10 wedges for one avocado).
  3. Wrap one slice of prosciutto around avocado. Repeat for all 10 wedges.
  4. Arrange wedges on serving plate.
  5. In small bowl, combine garlic, oil, lemon juice, and oregano. Mix well and pour atop avocado wedges.
  6. Sprinle with fresh craked pepper and serve.
