- makes 1/2 cup.
I can say just: Delicious! I made this for my russian salad today as a substitute for the normal mayonnaise. I will always make this avocado cream from this moment. Thank you so much for sharing the recipe with us!
What a great Mayo Substitute for people with egg allergies (and milk). Very tasty, but I did have to add some pepper. I used this in my chicken salad. It was very good and my 2 year looked at me and said, "Very good mommy." and proceeded to eat her Avocado Mayo Chicken Salad. This is a keeper! Thanks!
