What a great Mayo Substitute for people with egg allergies (and milk). Very tasty, but I did have to add some pepper. I used this in my chicken salad. It was very good and my 2 year looked at me and said, "Very good mommy." and proceeded to eat her Avocado Mayo Chicken Salad. This is a keeper! Thanks!
