Avocado, Corn and Tomato Salad

- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 (15 1/4 ounce) bag frozen corn kernels
- 3 roma tomatoes
- 1 -2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper
directions
- Allow corn to thaw. Slice avocados in half and remove pit. Slice avocado into cubes or small chunks. Cut tomatoes into small chunks, discarding the seeds and pulp. Mix all ingredients together. Allow to chill for about 30 mins before serving.

Sorry, but this was not good. The flavors were not good and I think it was because of the balsamic vinegar. Had it been a different type of dressing, it might have been better. Also, the frozen corn (thawed) adds a somewhat funky flavor to the salad. I have a feeling that fresh grilled corn would be better than frozen.
