This dip is really good! I enjoyed the lemon and cayenne which helped enhance the combined flavors of the avocado and crab. Makes a nice light mid-day snack or lunch. Thank you for sharing SusieQusie!
- 1 lb lump crabmeat
- 2 large ripe avocados, peeled and mashed
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1⁄3 cup chopped chives
