- cream the butter with a mixer. continue mixing add sugar gradually continue mixing until fluffy.
- then add the sifted flour and salt until you can form the dough and it stays shaped The dough should be firm enough that it doesn't stick to the sides of the bowl.
- Combine the nuts sugar (probably don't want the full 2 cups anymore ) and orange blossom water.
- Make the dough into walnut sized balls, make a hole in the middle, stuff with nuts and close.
- Bake in a slow oven 250 degrees to 275 degrees for about 35 minutes.

I always barbecued and camp cooked but now that I am retired and my wife is disabled I do almost all the cooking. My preference is for recipes that are fairly simple with over the top results.
And most important I still ride my 1940 Indian!!
