This is a great salsa recipe that I got from my Aunt.

  1. Cut the tops off of the Roma tomatoes, blend in food processor until they are like a chunky soup.
  2. add chopped onion, garlic cloves and handful of chopped cilantro.
  3. cut tops off of Serano peppers and add to food processor.
  4. mix all together.
  5. add 8 oz can of tomato sauce.
  6. season generously with fajita seasoning.
  7. salt and pepper to taste.
