This is comfort food! Very delicious! I used probably 8 ounces of egg noodles, and instead of the cream of mushroom soup, I used cream of celery. I don't think they make cream of tomato soup, but I used condensed tomato soup. I made this in my wok, and it worked really well. Very easy, and very tasty. I used probably 3/4 of a sweet (Vidalia) onion, and my fiance said it was too much onion, so I'll put in less next time. UPDATE: I made this again, and instead of the Velveeta, I used a 10 3/4 oz can of condensed cheddar cheese soup. It worked great. I also used a little less than half an onion, and it was perfect.
