  1. Place asparagus and a small amount of water in a skillet; bring to a boil.
  2. Cover and cook for 6-8 minutes or until crisp tender.
  3. Meanwhile, in another skillet, saute garlic for 1 minute; discard garlic.
  4. Stir in the orange juice, peel, salt and pepper; heat through.
  5. Drain asparagus and place in a serving dish. Drizzle with orange sauce; garnish with orange segments.
