ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup lime juice
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1⁄4 cup cilantro, freshly chopped
- 1⁄4 cup green onion, freshly chopped
- 3 dashes ginger powder
- 3 dashes garlic powder
- 3 dashes crushed red pepper flakes
directions
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Place 1 - 1 1/2 lbs. protein in marinade, cover, and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
- Grill or broil to desired temperature.
