Asian Marinade

ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1⁄4 cup ponzu sauce
- 1⁄4 cup toasted sesame oil
- 1⁄4 cup mirin
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons grated gingerroot
- 2 garlic cloves, minced, pressed or grated
directions
- Combine all ingredients with your chosen protein. Marinate in the refrigerator 2-72 hours. Remove protein from marinade and grill or broil until done. Discard marinade.
