A light and refreshing salad. Measurements are estimates as this was made on the fly for a Thai dinner and I wanted a salad.
- 2 cups napa cabbage, shredded
- 1⁄2 cucumber, diced
- 2 shallots, diced
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar, packed
- Combine all in a bowl.
