From Safeway Fresh magazine, an Asian style butter to serve on corn, steaks, mushrooms etc.
- 60 g butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons ketjap manis
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon coriander, chopped
- 1 red chile, chopped finely
- Combine all ingredients together and store in the fridge until required.
Lovely butter that is versatile and so easy to make. We used it on lamb steaks, corn and baked potatoes. The ketjap manis made it just a touch too sweet for our tastes. Made and enjoyed for Zaar World tour.
