A great marinade for gill meat, seafood and vegetables.
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- Combine the ginger, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, lemon juice and cilantro in a bowl mix well. Best marinade the meat and vegetable for 2 hours and seafood’s for 20 minutes.
