Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Finely chop coconut in food processor.
  2. Finely chop apricots in food processor.
  3. Finely chop half of the orange peel in food processor.
  4. Combine chopped apricots, chopped orange peel and 1 cup sugar and mix in the food processor.
  5. Form into small 1 inch bricks and roll and coat all sides with the chopped coconut.
  6. Cover with saran wrap and store in the refrigerator.
