• 3 cups rolled oats
• 1 cup flour
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 2 cups apricots
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 2⁄3 cup sugar substitute
• 2 tablespoons light butter
• 1 egg white

1. Preheat Oven to 350.
2. Bake for 10-12 Minutes.
