  • 1 (18 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 14 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 (21 ounce) can apricot pie filling
  • 3 eggs
  • 12 teaspoon lemon extract
  • topping

  • 12 cup sugar
  • 12 cup flour
  • 14 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 14 cup butter, softened

directions

  • Preheat oven at 350. Grease 9 x 13 pan.
  • Combine all the cake ingredients and beat for 2 minutes on medium. Pour into pan.
  • Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over top of cake. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
  • Cool for 30 minutes before cutting.
