This is an adopted recipe that I have not yet made. Looking forward to trying it! The original intro said:An easy recipe to make.

  1. Sift together dry ingredients.
  2. Add wet mixture until batter is lumpy.
  3. Pour into muffin pans and bake at 350 for 20 to 30 min until set.
  4. Let cool.

I also made these with regular sugar, and they turned out fine. The directions are a little unclear, but I did assume that the last 3 ingredients were intended to be used as a crumble topping, so that is what I did, and they turned out good. I did make these up into 12 muffins, but next time I will probably make them into 8 muffins to yeild a little larger muffin. Overall, you adopted a good recipe.

I made these the full-fat way, I used 2% milk and I used white sugar I use Biscuit baking mix for this and they turned out really moist. thanks Ladypit!...Kitten:)
