Another oatmeal based smoothie. Great way to get the good stuff into your diet if your not keen on hot oatmeal.
- 1⁄3 cup oatmeal
- 5 tablespoons non-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄2 frozen banana
- 6 frozen strawberries
- 1⁄2 cup apple juice
- ice cube
- Blend all ingredients till desired consistancy.
I made this for breakfast this morning and it was delicious and filling. I also made one for my DH and he enjoyed it immensely! Thanks for sharing.
Healthily scrumptious! I omitted the ice cubes and used peach soy yogurt as that's all I had. It's great, I love this smoothie! Will definetly make again!
