  • 236.59 ml non dairy milk (I have used almond and soy)
  • 1 small apple, cut up into chunks
  • one small banana, frozen
  • half teaspoon cinnamon
  • 473.18 ml spinach

  • Put everything into a blender.
  • If you don''t have a frozen banana, add a couple of ice cubes.
  • Whiz.
  • Enjoy.
