  • Mix together first 9 ingredients, blending well.(apple through cinnamon).
  • Stir together flours, oat bran, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
  • Cut butter in to the flour mixture.
  • Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients, mix well.
  • Put dough (will be stickie) on floured surface and pat out into a large circle.
  • Cut into 8 servings and transfer to greased baking sheet.
  • Bake at 375 for 20-23 minutes.
